Animals at the Knoxville Zoo get their beaks trimmed. Dr. Ed Ramsay does the procedure on a tortoise with a Dremel and Edwin, the Knoxville Zoo's raven, gets his beak trimmed with a guillotine-style clipper commonly used for dogs.
